No. A reservation is a no-obligation enquiry. It simply places your preferred configuration on the partner's list so it can be held for you once stock arrives.
Authorized Resellers source stock through Apple's official channel. That means a sealed, unlocked device, a valid Apple warranty, an official invoice and access to certified service. Grey-market units frequently carry none of these.
Every iPhone purchased from an Apple Authorized Reseller includes Apple's one-year limited warranty and 90 days of complimentary technical support. AppleCare+ can be added at the point of sale.
